The 8 Mile Challenge
Yes, I know I am awfully chatty today. So sue me lol.
Next week starts my 8 mile challenge. Of course, I created my challenge all on my own. But, you gotta set goals. So my challenge for myself is to do 8 miles every week for the next 8 weeks. For me, that is about 40 minutes of exercise for at least 4 days a week. And, that is very doable.
So, who will join me....

I'm very impressed by your determination! (I would never make it though). I'm swedish and we don't measure in miles so I'm not entierly sure how far that is exactly, but I think it's quite far.
